James Bond may be returning to the small page, as well as the big screen, for a brand new adventure soon.

Bond’s original author Ian Fleming died in 1964 but that hasn’t stopped the progress of 007 thanks to numerous surrogate authors.

Four novels in the James Bond series by four different authors have appeared since 2003, and the most recent one Trigger Mortis – published last year – was by hugely-popular spy novelist Anthony Horowitz.

Now Horowitz has said he is open to returning to the James Bond universe and writing another installment. Wahey! At this rate Bond will be around until the year 3000.

As he gazed into the eyes of a sad Staffordshire bull terrier, Michael Bay suddenly realised what his Transformers movies had been missing.

Casting six-year-old Freya, ‘Britain’s loneliest dog’, in Transformers 5 was the next logical step. Well, she’s cheaper than Mark Wahlberg.

Poor Freya, who suffers from epilepsy, has spent her whole life in kennels where she has been visited and rejected by over 18,000 potential owners. She really deserves some Hollywood stardust.
