The Malfoys just had a Harry Potter reunion – with none other than Dobby

Any Harry Potter reunion is always a bit of a cause for celebration – and this one is no exception.

Because this time around it was the turn of the Malfoys – aka Jason Isaacs and Tom Felton – to get back together.

Except it wasn’t just them involved in the reunion – as Dobby the house elf also got a look in, with Felton posting the results to his Instagram page.

X-Men extended: The next film will reportedly be set in the ’90s

The next X-Men films are going to be set in the ’90s.

X-Men: Apocalypse might have had a lukewarm reception from critics, but 20th Century Fox are still pressing ahead with the franchise.

Producer Simon Kinberg has told ComingSoon that the follow up to Apocalypse ‘is set in the ’90s’, which should lead up nicely to the first X-Men film that came out in 2000.

This should be good news for fans as the 90s cartoon is still hugely popular.

New photos from the set of Danny Boyle’s sequel to Trainspotting show that Spud has arrived.

Trainspotting 2 production is currently underway in the Muirhouse area of Edinburgh, where Ewen Bremner, who plays Daniel ‘Spud’ Murphy, can be seen outside a local shopping centre.

The pictures also show returning director Danny, who, since directing the original film, has gone onto worldwide acclaim with Slumdog Millionnaire, 28 Days Later and most recently with Steve Jobs starring Michael Fassbender.

Actress Emma Thompson has spoken out against the trend of movie studios hiring young actors based on their social media following.

Speaking at a royal reception for British Academy Award winners, the Telegraph reports that the Nanny McPhee star said one of the things which ‘really worries’ her about social media is ‘we’re casting actors who have big followings so the studios can use their followings to sell their movie’.

Filming on the upcoming eighth Star Wars movie has already begun and now we’re hearing reports that one super cool British Oscar-nominated actor has joined the cast.

Yep Mad Max himself, Mr. Tom Hardy.

Making Star Wars, an official fan website for the franchise has confirmed the cameo, revealing that Tom will play – SPOILER ALERT – a First Order stormtrooper who, in a series of comedic errors, meets Finn (played by John Boyega) and isn’t aware that he defected during The Force Awakens.

Comedian Laurent Lafitte shocked the audience at Cannes Film Festival when he made a joke about Woody Allen and rape.

One person who isn’t laughing is Blake Lively, who has hit out at the joke saying it ‘wasn’t funny’.

Gary Barlow is rumoured to be making an appearance in a galaxy far, far away.

The Take That star, who once revealed that Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope is his favourite film, will reportedly be making a secret cameo as a Stormtrooper in Star Wars: Episode VIII.

He is believed to have filmed his cameo at Pinewood Studios, Buckinghamshire, last week.

Lady Gaga will be having a lorra lorra laughs playing Cilla Black in a new film.

The Telephone singer has been cast as the Blind Date host in an upcoming biopic about Dionne Warwick’s life.

LeToya Luckett, an original member of Destiny’s Child, will star as the singer while Gaga will play Dionne’s chart nemesis Black.

Warwick and Black were arch rivals back in the day after Cilla’s version of Anyone Who Had a Heart eclipsed Dionne’s original.

We hate to be the bearers of bad news but it appears that Lady Gaga won’t be playing Cilla Black on the big screen after all.

Previous reports suggested that the Telephone singer would be taking on the role of the late TV and singing legend in a biopic about singer Dionne Warwick.

However Gaga’s publicist has now refuted the claims, telling Variety: ‘Lady Gaga is not attached and will not appear in the project.’
