A week after Johnny Depp and Amber Heard announced they were divorcing amid acrimonious accusations, Johnny’s new film Alice Through the Looking Glass has flopped at the box office.
The sequel to Alice In Wonderland made a disappointing $65 million at the international box office – and it only grossed $28.1 million over its opening weekend in US, far below the estimated $70 million it was projected to make.
Deadline reports that he film found its biggest audience in China with $27.1 million, followed by Mexico at $5 million, Russia with $4.6 million, Brazil at $4.1 million, and the UK at $3.2 million.
