Actor Peter Mayhew invited Ashley Fleetwood, the widow of Star Wars fan Daniel Fleetwood to his home.
Daniel Fleetwood, who had spindle cell sarcoma – a connective tissue cancer – had his dying wish to see The Force Awakens early granted in November thanks to a social media campaign. He passed away a week later aged just 32.
Mayhew, best known for playing Chewbacca in the Star Wars franchise, reached out to Fleetwood’s widow Ashley and her family to give them a wonderful Christmas gift.
