It has been confirmed that Henry Cavill is working on a second standalone Superman movie, after starring in Zack Snyder’s Batman V Superman and Man Of Steel.

Recent reports that a sequel to the 2013 Superman solo movie Man Of Steel is in the works were met with huge excitement by fans of the alien with pants over his tights.

Those who aren’t a fan of Henry’s portrayal might not be so elated at this point.

Morgan Spurlock’s documentary RATS looks like a major wake-up call to those who don’t have a phobia about the verminous creatures, and a 84-minute nightmare for those that do.

Fast & Furious fans may yet see Paul Walker’s character Brian O’Conner return in future installments.

According to Paul’s brother Caleb, Vin Diesel is keen to include Paul – who tragically died in 2013 aged 40 – in upcoming sequels.

Caleb acted as a stand-in for scenes of Furious 7 as Paul died in a car accident before the project was completed and he says Vin, 49, is keen to be respectful about including the character again.

Renee Zellweger has revealed that the script for Bridget Jones’s Baby had no ending, in a bid to stop the plot from leaking to eager fans.

Instead, the film’s trio of screenwriters, comprised of author Helen Fielding, comedy scribe Dan Mazer, and actress Emma Thompson, kept things deliberately vague in a bid to keep fans in the dark.

Green Day star Billie Joe Armstrong is appearing in a rom com sparking confusion and excitement among fans.

The 44-year-old American Idiot singer plays a punk rock dad (which shouldn’t be a stretch for the punk singing dad-of-two) called Perry in new film Ordinary World.

Perhaps inspired by Beyonce’s recent ‘visual album’ Lemonade, it could be that Billie Joe is making a ‘visual full-length feature with music’ as he is soundtracking the entire thing as well as starring as the lead character.

Max Mad: Fury Road may not get a sequel, but a prequel, according to a new report.

The hugely popular 2015 action reboot – starring Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy – won ten Oscars and made a pretty penny at the box office.

Now we’re intrigued to learn the Herald Sun thinks a prequel will be begin shooting in Australia’s Broken Hill Studios as early as the end of this year. Wahey (potentially)!

Actress Charmian Carr has died aged 73 her publicist has confirmed to TMZ.

Carr passed away on Saturday following complications from a rare form of dementia.

She was best known for playing Liesl von Trapp, the eldest daughter of Captain Von Trapp in the 1965 film The Sound Of Music opposite Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer.

On her official website, a message from the site’s manager Steve Hughes reads: ‘Me and my family are so sad to have to post this message and will miss her dearly.

Idina Menzel is happy Frozen fans want Elsa to have a girlfriend in the sequel.

Idina, the voice of Elsa in the Disney smash hit, has responded to the hashtag #GiveElsaAGirlfriend that swamped Twitter in May.
