Gareth Edwards, the director of the upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, has admitted that George Lucas gave him some pretty rubbish advice for his new foray into film making.
George, the creator of the original Star Wars series, visited the set during filming and according to Gareth simply told him: ‘Don’t screw it up.’

Gareth also revealed that George was pretty self-deprecating and recommended the team ‘should do more in the computer, and not build so much’.
