The San Francisco home made famous in the Nineties thanks to the film Mrs Doubtfire has sold for over $4 million (£3,100,000.)
The iconic Victorian house was the setting for the 1993 film starring Robin Williams and it became a shrine for the actor in 2014 after he committed suicide.
It was listed in September at $4.45 million but reportedly sold in the end for $4.15 million.
‘Because it’s built on a wide corner lot, the public rooms are large scale and the home has an open feel,’ said listing agent Steven Gothelf.
