Production on Paddington 2 has officially started with Hugh Grant and Brendan Gleeson joining the cast.
The 2014 film was a huge hit and everyone’s favourite Peruvian bear is back for more adventures in the sequel.
Bridget Jones star Grant will play washed up actor Phoenix Buchanan while Gleeson has been cast as Knuckles McGinty, a safe-cracker who becomes Paddington’s unexpected ally.
Ben Whishaw is back once again to voice the famous children’s character, who was created by Michael Bond in 1958.
