James Gunn has teased what Sylvester Stallone’s role will be in Guardians Of The Galaxy 2.
Stallone’s casting along with Kurt Russell’s means that Gunn has reunited classic 80s cop duo Tango and Cash. We can only hope that there will be some reference to that movie in there somewhere for 80s kids to get excited about.
But don’t expect him to be on screen for long. The focus of GOTG2 will be our five heroes – Peter Quill, Gamora, Drax, Groot and Rocket – and Sly is going to have a smaller supporting role, but an important one.
