Idris Elba says he supports the decision to pull his movie Bastille Day from French cinemas after the terror attack in Nice.
The film, which focuses on a terrorist plot to bomb Paris, was released in France last Wednesday – but was removed from cinemas by producers after 84 people were killed when a truck ploughed into a crowd as they celebrated Bastille Day in Nice on Thursday evening.
Idris has now responded to the decision, and comfortably thinks that it was the right thing to do.
