Director John Carney has criticised his former leading lady Keira Knightley.
The Irish filmmaker worked with her in 2013’s Begin Again and claimed he was ‘disenchanted’ with his experience of ‘certain movie stars’ in it.
In an interview with The Independent, Carney went on to praise the other main leads in the film, Mark Ruffalo and Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine.
