The 88th Academy Awards is fast approaching, but you can’t have Oscar winners without nominations.
Directors Guillermo del Toro and Ang Lee announced the first round of nominees on Thursday, along with The Office star John Krasinski and Academy president Cheryl Boone Isaacs.
The Revenant got the most Oscar nominations with 12, including Best Picture, Best Directing for Alejandro González Iñárritu, Best Actor for Leonardo DiCaprio and a first time nomination for Tom Hardy in the Best Supporting Actor category.
