The trailer for Ben Wheatley’s High-Rise, starring Tom Hiddleston has been released and it packs an eerie punch.
It functions as a kind of advert, featuring sumptuous shots of the 70s-style building in which the story takes place – but it’s clear there’s trouble in paradise.
And if the trailer’s anything to go by, the film will be visually stunning.
Hiddleston plays one of the most affluent residents, Dr Robert Laing, with Jeremy Irons as Anthony Royal, the building’s architect, and Luke Evans as lower level resident and documentarian Richard Wilder.
