For some, it’s the jumpers, for others, it’s decorating the tree. For me, it’s when it’s entirely acceptable to watch Christmas films again.
Doing so earlier is like keeping your coat on inside – you just won’t feel the benefit later. But Christmas is only two weeks away now, so we can get our DVDs at the ready for some classic festive cinema.
And before you start, no, this list doesn’t include Love Actually, Die Hard or Gremlins. Two of those three movies are great, but none of them are about Christmas, they’re just set during the holidays. You won’t see Lethal Weapon or Brazil in this list either and we don’t hear you complaining about that.
