20th Century Fox have been forced to issue a statement denying that Leonardo DiCaprio’s character in The Revenant is raped by a bear.
The latest film Alejandro González Iñárritu – who won an Oscar for Best Film and best Director at last year’s Oscars – tells the real life story of Hugo Glass (DiCaprio) a frontiersman who is mauled by a grizzly bear and lives to tell the tale, and exact vengeance on his traitorous associates.
