
The Stateside failure of Steve Jobs is a bit of a mystery, really. It’s the story of a modern icon, realised for the screen by the writer behind The West Wing and Oscar-winner Danny Boyle, a man with both 28 Days Later and the heart-swellingly brilliant 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony on his CV.
It’s got Kate Winslet, Seth Rogen (following Apatow stable-mate Jonah Hill into serious cinema) and, most importantly, the always-awesome Michael Fassbender in the lead role.
