Call that cool dude Billy Zane – it’s a selfie-off!
A whopping fourteen years have passed since Zoolander came out but this new poster for the sequel shows nothing has changed in the male modelling world.
Nothing at all – apart from the introduction of the selfie, of course. That’s fairly monumental in its significance.
Now with hair perfectly coiffed and cheekbones exaggerated, it seems Derek Zoolander and Hansel McDonald (he’s so hot right now) can’t stop pouting for their iPhones’ reverse cameras.
How very 2015.
If only Derek had invested in a selfie stick they could have both got in it – although the former bitter rivals are not too keen on sharing the spotlight.
Zoolander creator Ben Stiller and Hansel’s alter-ego Owen Wilson have already taken part in several promos for the film, and caused all manner of chaos at Paris Fashion Week.
