If the trailer is anything to go by, she may be up for a third award for her fierce performance as struggling single mother, Joy.
The film is based on the true story of Joy, from Long Island, New York, who experienced difficult times before becoming one of America’s most successful entrepreneurs.
The movie has also reunited her with Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro whom she starred alongside in Silver Linings Playbook
