It’s hard to imagine anyone but Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd playing Marty McFly and Doc Brown.
But before the first Back To The Future movie was even made there were a few other actors being considered during the casting process.
We all know that Eric Stoltz was originally meant to play Marty but, according to this casting list, C. Thomas Howell and Ralph Macchio were considered and potentially John Cusack, if I’m reading that scribble correctly.
For Doc Brown there was far deeper list of potential actors.
