He might have long since finished playing singing legend Hank Williams onscreen, but it seems Tom Hiddleston just can’t resist slipping back in to character.
The actor – who plays Williams in the forthcoming biopic I Saw The Light – couldn’t resist the chance to get the guitar out and perform a couple of the singer’s best known hits at the premiere party in Nashville.
As if that wasn’t enough, he adopted the Williams persona even more, addressing the crowd in a Southern accent (albeit with a little bit of British thrown in) as he introduced his versions of Hey Good Lookin’ and Why Don’t You Love Me Like You Used To Do.
We’re not entirely sure how the impromptu set went down with guests, but Tom and his band certainly seemed to be enjoying themselves.
