Unlike most actors, Benedict Cumberbatch has never been shy of a political discussion.
And while promoting his new movie Black Mass, the British Oscar-nominee has said that he wants to have words with Home Secretary Theresa May to discuss the refugee crisis.
Speaking at the BFI London Film Festival premiere of the crime drama, Benedict told Sky News: ‘[Our] government is not doing enough and I’m quite happy to say that.
‘I’d like to sit down with Theresa May and get a full understanding of how her political economic model works of structuring an argument that there is virtually a zero degree of financial benefit from an immigrant population.’
