
She’s renowned for her big screen romcom roles – but Jennifer Aniston’s newest film project couldn’t be further from that genre if it tried.
According to Empire Online the Friends star turned movie A-lister has nabbed herself a role in the Iraq war drama The Yellow Birds, based on the novel by war veteran Kevin Powers.
The film focuses on two young soldiers – played by Beautiful Creatures star Alden Ehrenreich and X-Men’s Tye Sheridan – who go through the horror of war together after meeting at boot camp at the start of their deployment.
