It’s the kind of event you’d never expect to see, except maybe in the deepest recesses of the wildest, cheese-fueled dreams of Star Wars fans.

A parade of pugs dressed as Star Wars things has happened – and judging by the Twitter coverage it was the ‘best day’ of all the attendees’ lives.

Bug-eyed pugs of all shapes, colours and sizes trotted along the street at the annual Pug Crawl in Portland, Oregon – dressed as Wookies, space crafts and other more specific Star Wars settings and characters.

Sean Connery played the famous spy for seven movies, including Dr. No, Goldfinger and Thunderball, beginning his career as Bond in 1962.

Halloween is the horror film franchise that just won’t quit.

After 10 films that have grossed nearly $400 million at the worldwide box office, yet another sequel is being developed.

Variety is reporting that John Carpenter, creator of the original Halloween films, will return to the franchise as executive producer.

At a press conference last night to announce the new project, Carpenter said: ‘Halloween needs to return to its traditions.

Graham Norton might the BBC’s most popular chat show host, but he wasn’t always rubbing shoulders with celebrities.

Ten years ago, the Irish comedian was dominating some teenagers in a gay comedy film.

Graham had a small role in the 2006 American Pie parody, Another Gay Movie, as a Russian maths teacher called Mr Puckov, who really taught those kids a lesson.

Burt Kwouk, most famous for his role as Cato in the Pink Panther films, has died aged 85.

The news was confirmed in a statement from his agent.

It read: ‘Beloved actor Burt Kwouk has sadly passed peacefully away 24th May.

‘The family will be having a private funeral but there will be a memorial at a later date.’

Mark Hamill has revealed how they made Luke Skywalker’s severed head in The Empire Strikes Back.

The Star Wars 7 actor’s Twitter has become a great place for trivia relating to the original Star Wars movies (the newer ones he’s being a bit more coy about).

This time Hamill has shared a lovely bit of info from The Empire Strikes Back.

The iconic Dagobah cave scene from Episode V features Skywalker having a vision of himself beating Darth Vader by cutting his head off with a lightsaber. When the head falls on the ground Luke is horrified to see his own head inside Vader’s split helmet.

Move aside Idris Elba, Tom Hiddleston and Aidan Turner… a new Brit has entered the 007 race.

Fantastic Four star Jamie Bell is the latest actor to be linked to the role of James Bond after Daniel Craig reportedly turned down £68million to return to the role.

Jamie – who first found fame in Billy Elliot – is working with 007 producer Barbara Broccoli on new film Film Stars Don’t Die and apparently she’s eyeing him up for Bond.

Alexander Skarsgard took a battering during a Tarzan sex scene with Margot Robbie.

Before your minds go any further into the gutter, we mean he got injured.

Skarsgard plays the titular character in the live-action film and revealed Margot ‘beat him up’ while they went at it.

He told Closer magazine: ‘Even though I’m fighting apes, the only injury I got was from a sex scene with Margot – she hit me!

‘Our director David Yates wanted our sex scene to be really animalistic, so he was behind the camera saying things like, “Hit him harder! Come on!”
